All ticket purchases made through TicketVort are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is cancelled by the organiser or by TicketVort.
No refunds will be issued for the following:

– Failure to attend the event
3. Event Cancellations
If an event is cancelled:
– TicketVort will issue a refund to the original payment method used for purchase.
– Refunds will be processed on behalf of the organiser once official cancellation confirmation is received.
– Refunds will exclude service and processing fees, which are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process and Timelines
When an event is officially cancelled:
1. Ticket buyers will receive an email notification with refund details.
2. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation.
3. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to reflect in your account.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
Service fees, transaction charges, and payment processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including event cancellations. These fees cover administrative and payment gateway costs incurred by TicketVort.
6. Organiser Responsibility
Event organisers are responsible for promptly notifying TicketVort of any event cancellations or major changes.
Failure to notify may result in withheld payments and suspension or termination of organiser privileges.
7. Disputed Transactions
If you believe a refund has been wrongly denied, you may contact us at enquiries@ticketvort.com.
Disputes will first be reviewed internally and, if unresolved, handled in accordance with our Dispute Resolution Clause under the Terms and Conditions.
8. Force Majeure
TicketVort and event organisers shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
9. Amendments
TicketVort reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be published on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
